Overview
This is the index of SOP's legal documents. Which of them apply to you depends on how you use SOP, so this page is organised by reader rather than by document. SOP is provided by SyncDit B.V.; Syncdit's recruitment platform has its own legal documents.
Not everything here is a contract. The privacy policy and the subprocessor list describe what we do; they are not agreements.
Contractors
If an organisation invited you to SOP to complete onboarding:
- Privacy policy: what personal data SOP processes, who is responsible for it, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.
- Terms of use: the rules for using your portal. You pay nothing to use SOP.
The organisation managing your onboarding decides which information it asks for. Its own privacy notice explains its purposes and legal grounds.
Operators
If you use the SOP dashboard on behalf of your organisation:
- Terms of use: the rules for authorised users.
- Privacy policy: how your account, sign-in and optional usage analytics are handled.
Signing in does not bind your organisation. Its agreement with Syncdit is accepted separately by an authorised representative.
Customers
If your organisation uses SOP, its agreement with Syncdit (an order form under our Master Services Agreement) sets the customer terms. In addition:
- Data processing addendum: our standard GDPR Article 28 terms for the personal data we process on your behalf, unless your organisation has signed its own data processing agreement with us.
- Subprocessors: every provider that processes personal data for SOP, with its contracting entity, location and transfer safeguard. It is also the change-notice channel under the data processing addendum.
Signed contracts
If your organisation has signed an order with Syncdit, that signed package governs: the order, the agreements it incorporates and any customer-specific data processing agreement prevail over everything published here.
Where a signed agreement incorporates a published document by version, the version named in the contract applies, not the version currently on this page.
Order of precedence
Where documents conflict, this is the order:
- Official standard contractual clauses, where they apply to a transfer
- A signed order and the agreements it incorporates
- The SOP data processing addendum, for personal-data processing
- The terms of use
Versions
Every document shows its effective date and version. We announce material changes before they apply, as described in the document concerned. To obtain an earlier version, or the version named in your contract, write to legal@syncdit.ai.
