Terms of use for SOP

Effective date: 22 October 2026

Version: 1

1. About these terms

SOP is provided by SyncDit B.V. ("Syncdit", "we", "us"), Koninginnegracht 23, 2514 AB Den Haag, the Netherlands, KvK 42099785. Contact support@syncdit.ai for help and to report a misused account, and legal@syncdit.ai for legal notices, privacy questions, complaints and security reports.

These terms set the rules for everyone who uses SOP: staff of the organisations that use SOP ("your organisation") and the contractors they invite. Your organisation gives you access under its own agreement with Syncdit and asks you to follow these rules.

Your organisation's agreement with Syncdit, such as an order form under our Master Services Agreement, governs the business relationship: the service, fees, liability and data processing. If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails. Using SOP does not make you a party to it, does not let you bind your organisation and, for contractors, does not create an employment relationship with Syncdit. Contractors pay nothing to use SOP.

2. Access and account security

Use SOP only within the permissions you were given and for the purpose you were given access for. Keep your sign-in details secure, do not share your account, and report suspected misuse to your organisation and to us. A feature or a shared link does not give you permission to see someone else's records.

Your organisation manages who has access. Your access can end when your organisation withdraws it. You can still contact us about your privacy rights without an account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt SOP, impersonate others, extract records without permission or use information for an unrelated purpose. Security testing needs our prior written agreement. Report security issues to legal@syncdit.ai.

Submit only information you are allowed to share and that is relevant to the task. Keep it accurate and report errors. Do not misrepresent a qualification, document or check. Health and other sensitive information may only be submitted where your organisation asks for it. If you are unsure why a document is requested, ask the organisation managing your onboarding.

4. AI assistance

SOP's AI assistant and document extraction can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Check them against the source before acting on them. Your organisation remains responsible for its own decisions, and AI output does not replace professional judgment or human review.

5. Privacy

The SOP privacy policy and your organisation's privacy notice explain how personal information is handled.

6. Restricting access

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to deal with a security threat, unlawful use or a serious breach of these terms. Any restriction will be proportionate. Where we can, we explain it, and we restore access once the reason is resolved. Contact us if you have questions about a restriction.

7. Changes, law and language

We may update these terms, for example when SOP changes. We announce material changes in SOP or by email before they apply. Previous versions are available from legal@syncdit.ai.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not take away any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live or work.

These terms are available in English. If a translation is provided, the English version prevails.
